I follow an Autoimmune-Paleo (AIP) food protocol championed by Dr. Amy Myers in her books “The Autoimmune Solution” and “The Autoimmune Solution Cookbook.” As a result, a lot of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-less, nut-free, and have no nightshade vegetables.
