November 2016 Review

I regret that I’m getting later and later with these monthly reviews, but at least I am getting them out. This blog has regrettably been a little neglected, and perhaps that is reflective of me neglecting myself and my health. My word for October was relief! I’d say my word for November 2016 was RENEW: I tried getting back into a routine of going to the gym, I started tracking my food using myfitnesspal again, and I joined a Running Room half-marathon clinic, essentially renewing my commitment to running. Video Game Hiatus

It’s been a rather long time since I touched a video game. I had gaming withdrawal before, but not this time. This is probably a good thing, but it’s still a big surprise to me. When I was younger, I would game quite regularly. It was part of me growing up. The NES, SNES, N64 and such were prominent fixtures for me. I have a Wii and PS3 collecting dust now.
