ATB Preparation

With the famous Around The Bay 30k coming up this weekend, it’s a good time to start looking at what to expect.

Here’s my recon report from last year, including a video of the challenging Valley Inn Road.

The funniest part about this race is that it’s all true! Any legend, any story you’ve ever heard has some truth!

 

I’m rather worried about being the 3:30 pacer for this weekend. I hope I do better than I did at Chilly a few weeks ago.
