Super Safety Tip #4: Be Prepared for Running in the Rain

There was a different tip scheduled for today, but since we’re expecting rain tonight and tomorrow I thought I’d introduce this timely tip.

Runners should train in any weather that we may have to race in: Wind, cold, sleet, snow, extreme heat and even rain will not cancel a race so you may be expected to run in those weathers. Races usually only get cancelled for lightning and thunder, so I usually won’t run in lightning and thunder.
